2. Train the Trainer

TRAINING PROGRAM IN PLACE LONG AFTER I’M GONE

The “Train the Trainer” program is designed for individuals who aspire to become effective trainers within their organizations or communities. This comprehensive course covers instructional design, facilitation skills, and adult learning principles. Participants will learn how to create engaging training sessions, deliver compelling presentations, and assess learner outcomes. The ultimate goal is to empower trainers to educate others effectively.

3. Workplace Skills Program for Youth

A PRACTICAL APPROACH TO SUCCESSFUL A CAREER

Targeted at young individuals entering the workforce, this program focuses on essential workplace skills that enhance employability. Training includes communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and basic professional etiquette. Hands-on activities, role-playing scenarios, and mentorship opportunities prepare participants to navigate real-world work environments confidently.

While a training program on workplace manners and courtesy seems extreme, the reality is the lack of workplace skills is prevalent in the work environment.  Society seems to be gaining both knowledge and technological advancement; however, it’s losing basic social skills and values that negativity impact companies’ customer base and work environments.

The workplace skills program is an employment program designed to help employees gain knowledge and skills to help close skill gaps in the workplace. This type of training introduces employees to employers’ expectations of workplace competencies for a productive work environment.  Employees completing this program will have an advantage of knowing the employer’s expectations prior to employment or in the on-boarding process.
